Who we are

prtsply.com is operated from Japan. Contact: use the request form.

What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you enter: company name and address, contact name and email, destination and end-user country, end-user name, intended use and the part numbers. We also record your country as reported by our hosting provider and the time of the request. We record part numbers typed into the search box without identifying you, to learn which parts people look for.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, to check availability and arrange supply, and to meet our export-control obligations under Japanese law (we review the part, destination and end use of every request, and we keep a record of each review). Requests from countries we do not currently ship to are also used, in aggregate, to decide where to expand.

How long we keep it

Export-control records are kept for 7 years. Other request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records, and is deleted on request where the law allows.

Who receives it

Our hosting and email providers (Cloudflare) process requests on our behalf. We do not sell your data. We may share it with Japanese authorities or the suppliers needed to fulfil your request, and where the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, using the request form.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse.
